The car was imported into the UK in June 2004 by Seymour Pope Imports. It is a 1994 Revision 3 GT-S turbo. This is the hardtop version, lighter and with a stronger chassis than the T-Bar. The car has only covered 52k miles which is an average of less than 5000 miles per year.

Colour is a silver/blue metallic pearl which is quite a rare colour for the MR2 Turbo. The car has been fitted with minor modifications which enhance the look of the car including 17" Buddy Club P1 alloys, these are very light and combine well with the colour and lines of the car.

It has 245bhp and Bilstein suspension as standard and comes equipped with PAS, electric windows and mirrors, climate control, ABS, MD/CD double din head unit.

Boost is very strong with no problems and can be monitored via the Greddy boost gauge installed.

Car is also equipped with a Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser and was installed by a VSIB accredited installer. Certificate will come with the car.

Engine

The engine has been treated to minor modifications that should increase bhp. An ARC closed induction kit has been fitted as well as a Toyota Racing Development (TRD) exhaust. Other modifications include a Bailey dump valve complete with Samco hose to relieve back pressure on the turbo although I have hard pipes to replace this if you don't want the loud whoosh sound! The engine also contains braided hoses to increase heat resistance and also a Cusco strut brace to stiffen up the rear suspension.

Service History

Quite unusual for an import, the car comes with a large service history. I have all of the service sheets to verify this and the car has been beautifully looked after.It has never been smoked in and the carpets and roof lining are unmarked. The paintwork is also in excellent condition.

Car also had a service before it left Japan and was undersealed upon entry to the UK to protect the underneath of the car from the elements.

Documentation

This car comes with full documentation including the original auction sheet showing that this car was a Grade 4 import (Grade 5 being the highest - usually reserved for nearly new cars). This car is HPi clear and I can provide certificate to prove this along with BIMTA certificate to verify the mileage is genuine. I also have the registration document for when the car was first registered in the UK last year.

Car comes with 6 months road tax and 12 months MOT.
